All returns or cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee of the total amount fee plus shipping charges to and from Wheel Technologies Inc. if applicable.

 

The restocking fee also applies to shipments that are refused. If the error was on our part, such as fitment issues, you shall be refunded in full. Wheel Technologies Inc will not take any product that has been mounted, install, used, or altered in any way. The product must be in original packaging. Return and refund offer is good for 30 days after the product is received. There are no Returns or Refunds on special order items.

 

Please call (631)940-5069 for a Return Authorization Number. Packages must be packed properly and if packages are returned to Wheeltechnologies Inc. and are damaged due to faulty packaging, a credit will not be issued.
